bitcoin at checkout
currently i'm just adding a 'Bitcoin' payment option using 'pro-forma invoice' option (that i dont use at present, so thats OK)
on ordering i'll send a bitcoin payment request.
Ive replaced one of the defunct currencies with 'Bitcoin' and i'm going with that, so the cost in £ and BTC will show on each item - dont supose i'll actually get any payments with it any time soon, but hey, gotta be in it, to win it...
