Payment problems

I am having Actinic Payment problems. ie they aren't going through if they are a relatively high value but they are at smaller values.

Luckily the customer today, who had tried twice to no avail, called me back, left his details with me and I have successfully put an offline order through.

Has anyone had these problems before?

Joel, I believe that there is a maximum transaction value which is set up when you first created your Payments account.

Maybe you should contact SellerDeck Admin to be reminded of what yours is?

Hi Chris, yes it is set at £2,500.

It's just happened again at £51.

Support are hopefully looking into it.
