paypal payments not downloading into sellerdeck

Hi, having a problem with paypal payments not downloading into sellerdeck

sellerdeck 11.05 business plus
paypal standard

we get confirmation email from paypal payment has been recived and when we check paypal account payment is showing ok.

Order downloads into sellerdeck but sits in pending, payment fails to show ?

Is this a new usage of PayPal on your site or have you been using it okay previously and suddenly it has started going into PSP Pending?

hi, new usage on this selelrdeck site although we have used the paypal account on a different cart in the past

We have also been having problems (again) with paypal payments randomly not being downloaded. Some orders work and some don't.

I was going to suggest the IPN/PDT changes, but if you are on 11.05 then it should be applied already in that version, but if the site was upgraded from a previous version then might be worth comparing the ones in use with the default OCCP files.

hi ours is a new install on 11.05, no upgrade or previous version.

still having this problem, not one paypal order has come through ok. Although paid on paypal order always comes in as pending payment provider.
