Paypal 'Pay Later' 14 Days

I have just ordered from a website I've not used before, and for the first time seen and have been offered, by Paypal, the option to pay in fourteen days time. This is therefore, after delivery, as it says 'most orders will have been delivered by then'.

Has anybody come across this? I'm wondering whether to find out more about it.

Does anybody know what effect this may have on SellerDeck Paypal integration, what would I see in my Orders Tab? Will it go to PSPPending, or will it show as (effectively) paid and OK to ship?

I don't mind waiting fourteen days for the funds if it will encourage sales.

Interesting, I had a quick look at PayPal and found this https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/we...Launch-outside which indicates that PayPal pay the merchant immediately but the buyer has 14 days to settle with PayPal, however, it requires the buyer to enroll, so maybe its not what you are referring to?

AHA! Thank you for that research - sorry to be lazy.

The explanation is in the Terms and Conditions at the foot of that page - it's a good pp account holder that benefits, the merchant has no inkling.

So it won't improve sales.
