Just received from Paypal. I'm pretty sure this doesnt affect us (hard coded IP addresses) but thought I'd check with the forum to make sure.
We’re expanding our infrastructure.
Because we support our merchants in the growing of their businesses, we’ve expanded our infrastructure by adding new data centres. But don’t worry; there will be no downtime to services or APIs.
The new data centres will be added starting on the following date:
• 2/8/2014
• 7:00 a.m. BST
Firewall reconfiguration
This letter also serves as a reminder that if you are hard-coding PayPal’s IP addresses into your firewall settings, these settings will need to be reconfigured after the expansion to ensure you can accept traffic from all data centres. Here are the updated lists of IP addresses:
