I have had a few US customers be unable to complete orders. They get this error from PayPal:
Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.
But it doesn't say why it's invalid (and the address looks legit to me).
Any suggestions?
