gateway alternatives to sagepay v3

Sellerdeck has clearly said that Sagepay version 3 will only be available for version 11 onwards, this we accept.
we phoned Sellerdeck today and last week, and got conflicting information what (for us) version 8 will support today (march 2015)

so the question is simple.
can anyone state what gateways are available for prior versions of Sellerdeck/actininc

• Version 9
  
• Version 10

if there are restrictions, can you give a note as to what they are.
