Apologies if this has been asked previously, but I didn't find anything on it;
We have been using PayPal without any real issues for a few years now & recently added PayPal Express. Over the weekend a duplicate order was received that looked pretty much like a regular duplicate order placed in error by the purchaser, but checking our PayPal transactions there has only been one transaction associated this particular customer where I expected to find two.
I've gone back into Sellerdeck & see that the two orders share the same PayPal "unique" transaction ID (which match PayPal's single transaction) & that the only difference between the orders is 1 second between the two payment created times.
I've never come across this with regular PayPal or CC payments & didn't think that it would even be possible, so it's a bit of a concern - can anybody shed some light as to what may be going on?
Thanks in advance.
