Sellerdeck Link not transferring payments

I've recently changed to Sagepay.

Everything works ok except payments aren't transferred to Sage.

No error messages, just no payment transfer

Any ideas?

Payments are being recorded in sellerdeck but aren't ending up in sage. It's not a problem between sagepay and sellerdeck.

Everything was ok when using paypal but switch to sagepay just over a month ago now no payments are being transferred via link, although the file is being created and there is no error message.

I can see what the problem is. Because these are preauthoriesed no payment is recorded - in the past i've used paypal and actinic payments which were instant.

So does anyone have a solution for transferring the payment details from Sagepay into Sage 50?
