Payments failing to communicate back to Sellerdeck

Orders are downloading but payments are failing to be acknowledged by Sellerdeck.
This is happening with both payments received by Sellerdeck payments and via PayPal.
Started happening yesterday, and affecting most (but not all orders)

A check at SD Payments or Paypal shows the payments being received, but downloading orders into Sellerdeck throws up this warning

"A payment service authorisation was downloaded but no matching order was found"

Any ideas, as orders are racking up in our Pending Service Provider Tab?

We are using an old version 10.0.2 but not had any issues up until now

RESOLVED!
One rogue order where some credit card info did not transfer correctly proceeded to hold up everything follwoing it.
Deleting the rogue order resolved the issue
