Sage Pay Not reading delivery address

Two isues reported by client:

SD v12.0.6 Latest Sagepay.

When customer enters different delivery address in SellerDeck, SagePay lists the cardholder address as delivery address, ignoring the delivery address from SD.

SagePay says customer will be debited immediately, site doesn't take payment until despatch.

I am out of my depth with Sage Pay, can anyone help?
