    Maybe it's something else then.

    It just strikes me as odd that this thread http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=56949 has several people (including Norman) who have had problems getting V8 and V9 working on the upgraded 1and1 servers whereas my V11 is sitting there happy as can be.

        V10 and Perl 5.20

        Our 1and1 server was updated last night.and we are now getting an Internal Server error when the order confirmation page should be loading at the end of checkout. No order is created in Actinic. This happens for all payment methods.

        We are on Actinic V10.04.
        Perl version on the server was upgraded to 5.20.2

        The only potential solutions to this problem I can find are:
        1. Change host - I would prefer not too
        2. Change server Perl version - 1and1 say this is not possible on my package

        Has anyone had the same problem and found another solution?

          I see you've disabled your checkout and are only taking phone orders because of this issue. Did you do a full refresh of your website after the server change, just in case?

          Are you sure it's not the update to TLS1.2 that's causing your issues? Your server now has this, see: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/anal...security.co.uk

          Your easiest way round this is to upgrade to v16 I'd have thought, if you don't want to move hosts.

            Thanks for replying. Yes we have had to disable checkout so this is a terrible problem. Yes the Perl upgrade on the server was done at the same time as the TSL installation. Having read around the only solution that appeared to work for the same problem I have is reinstalling an older version of Perl on the server.

            These are the things we did try:
            Full refresh
            Change script number eg xx000001.pl to xx000002.pl
            Check the Actinic perl scripts using the 1and1 perl script checker - no errors
            Change PHP version on the server - no effect
            Ran the Actinic network test - all pass

            Everything on the website is functioning 100% except for this checkout problem. The offline order entry DOES work.

            I think changing host will be a faster solution that upgrading to V16 so will start that process now.
