Just had an email from a customer complaining that his payment was rejected as below :-
'I have had a Paypal account for over 8 years, used regularly. For some reason my payment was flipped to Paypal US, which purported not to recognise my pc (which has been used many times with Paypal). It sought a telephone verification which my broadband link did not like, and the link was severed in mid process. The process is cumbersome, slow and not deemed necessary with much larger sales values I make with Paypal.'
I did a test order myself which went through no problem. However I did notice it went to PayPal US which to be honest i'd never noticed before.
Has this being done since Adam was a lad and is there even such a thing as PayPal.co.uk for taking payments and have you the option of using the .co.uk version.?
Or was the customer just unlucky with his payment?
