Paypal Express Modules

Hi,
I've changed servers and I now get a problem when a customer wants to order by Paypal. They get the following error and the url is as follows:-
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...heckout&token= No token passed.

My server people have asked me to ask Paypal what Apache modules need to be installed.
Unfortunately, I don't have a contact for Paypal so does anyone know what Apache Modules need to be loaded for Paypal Express to work.
