WorldPay Account

I'm having trouble with getting WorldPay to set up the correct account for my client.

They've set up 2 different accounts so far and neither have been capable of producing the details needed to set up the payment gateway within SellerDeck.

Can anyone using WorldPay tell me what sort of account they have with WorldPay please.
