They have our Email correct, but i am not Philip or Portal

Yes all links are good, that is why i called up SD, but they were not interested.

It's odd because they could have looked up the application ID and seen what details had been entered.

I guess it could have been someone wanting to look up their charges or seeing what the application forms looked like. Why they would use your email address though is very strange.

It would seem that no damage has been and I guess at least if anyone else has the same thing happen then we have someplace to collate occurences.

Well the email looks like a legit mail from our payments forms system, the system we use to onboard customers for Sellerdeck payments/Actinic Payments.

So, the safest option is for me to assume responsibility over it until we get to the bottom of what is or isn't going on.

It's a long weekend so would it be alright if we have someone contact you on Tuesday to get a few details and then we can try to get to the bottom of it?
