Site Review - SEO problems, google indexing, PR

    Hi,

We recently launched our new online store:
    http://smeaudiosolutions.co.uk

    1. Once I submitted it to google and it got indexed the title was:
"SME Audio Solutions - Professional Music Equipment for people ..."
Then after a day or two I changed it to
"SME Audio Solutions - Korg Nano Controllers UK, The home of ..."

Now, since then I built some links in, but the website didn't get re-indexed, the title appears same on Google as before and I have no idea why.

    2. Any advice on places where I can do some link building for our shop?
Manual directory submission takes time and I'm not sure if I'm getting enough out of it.

    3. Any other advices will be appreciated.
SME Web Solutions - one stop company for all your Web needs
SME System Solutions - one stop company for all your IT needs

I imagine that Google hasn't crawled the site again. The cached page is dated 4th December, did you make the changes after that??

          PMSL -
As mentioned above - we do not disclose how we achieve this because most of our competitors do not have this knowledge

I should imagine Google took one look at the sentence "SME Audio Soloutions is the home of professional musicians choice", decided it was garbage and moved on.

              Yes, I did.
Also added about 30 products, etc.

At least our layouts don't break on large resolutions.
But yes, the wording is cheesy.

It's a specific problem with Actinic for me, I'm new to this software and I wanted to make sure that it's not a common problem caused by two index files.

Yes, the Google's human evaluators can be painful.

Oh my god, honestly, what a bunch of flamers.

Thanks for all the valuable input.

SEO doesn't change, regardless what platform of site you are using, the fundamental basics are exactly the same. In fact, Actinic's Out-of-Box SEO is actually very good compared to most competitor e-commerce platforms - if done properly. Your OP concerns nothing but SEO. Join a webmasters' forum if you need indepth help with SEO, though all you're likely to receive is the myths surrounding SEO. Real SEO's (ie. those who sell the service and achieve what they are actually selling) wouldn't publicly post what, where, when, why, etc.
