Is 12% to 15% Google organic compared to CPC typical?
Have never been able to get much better than that.

That's very low IMO - I always aim for much much more with the aim of turning off adwords

If your organic traffic is that low then you need to optimise your site. Consider optimising for phrases that bring you traffic in Adwords.

Some of your page titles are wrong and your page descriptions could do with a lot of work.

I presume that the market for your products is a well focussed one. Most people arriving at your online store will be in buying mode.
IMO the page description should contain the products landed price and delivery estimate. These two things would be critical for ensuring the visitor clicked through on your organic search result.
Apologies if my presumption is way off. I've just skimmed through your site.

What is your conversion rate for organic vs PPC?

Are you guys saying, or recomending that the "Meta Discription" and the "Page Title" should be similar if not identical?
