    If you decide to change the /acatalog/ beware what implications this may have on any pages that are already indexed.

    You'd be wise to set up 301 redirects in .htaccess file. Speak to your web designer and/or your hosts.

          Although not strictly seo related I don't see your best sellers, new products, also bought or related item feeds.

            well, actually fresh content, derived from clever usage of 'new products' and best sellers are very powerful, i'd not discount its use in SEO.

              I'm still on v7 so don't really know if they have much of an effect but I can see how they could be applied. I was really looking at conversion rates for people who visit. I've not seen many v9 sites without them Tbh and the site we are looking at could have been built with v7 IMO so I cannot understand why the op is not using them.
