Eileen's guide to Google Analytics with V8

I've tried to implement GA using Eileens execellent guide.
However, I ended up copy/pasting - the lazy way!!
When I tried to insert the code I could not find the condition editor box!! i.e below.
4) Hilite the urchinTracker line and right click, select Insert Block and in the Condition Editor box, paste this
<actinic:variable name="PageType" /> != "Section")
If any kind person can help it would be much appreciated.
