Google Local Business Center Coupons

Has anyone used, or even aware of the coupons you can set up using Google Local Business Center?

It does state that they only work with US businesses, but they show up in your Google Maps listing too. I just set one up for a client:

Denbigh Army Surplus

Not expecting bigs things, but thought it may be worth a shot.

Anybody with any experience of these?

EDIT: They're printed off, but you can opt in for a mobile friendly version too.

There is an edit function, but it doesn't seem to change it instantly!

I used this for our business and I saw our listing to the right of the maps show up within a week (when searching for 'bead shops glasgow'). I assume the more Googlebots find relevance, the higher you will appear. In a more competive business environment and better SEO by our competitors, this might not be the case but it worked for us.
