    FREE SEO Guide...

After launching a few sites for people over the last couple of months and also reading some of the recent requests for SEO reviews on the forum I hope this is of interest. We have just put together an SEO Guide for people who are starting out in the world of organic Search Marketing and want a brief overview of some of the factors that have an impact on where your site ranks.

For many clients, the creation of a website signals the end of a process. The build may have been done internally or by an agency but whichever way it happened it is likely that a lot of time, effort, thought and money went into its creation. The fact is that once a website has been built it should never be the end of the process, your website’s existence does not guarantee its success!
Its not intended to teach you every skill you need to claim the first position in Google's SERP but it will help you to understand how a search engine works, what is important to it and how you can help it to understand your website and its use to the world.

    FREE Webfaced SEO Guide

Hope it helps some of you! Feel free to reply or PM me if you have any questions.

No problem, I hope it helps in terms of working out where your efforts are best directed.

As Google works hard to flush-out spam it is making SEO easier, however, it is also forcing people to rethink the communication methods for their brands and products.

The last 18 months has seen a dramatic rise in the number of news, blog and image results being passed into the main results pages and this has given people a bit of a wake up that it isnt just what you say but where you say it. Every site should be talking about their products or services not just on their own site but on video hosting sites, news and PR sites, blogs and forums.

Set yourself some clear goals in terms of SEO (eg. build 5 links per day and write a press release every fortnight) it will soon start to show some results!
