google adwords preventing other search engines from "clicking the links"

Been a bit cheesed off with google adwords lately, we've been comparing the times of the adwords click and those of the access logs behind the scenes paying particular attention to ip address's and times hanging around on the pages, and whats clear is that a lot of the clicks are coming from "other search engines" probably scraping the google screens and clicking on all of the urls on the page (including our adwords) to generate their own "quality search listings" (another pet hate)

Some people will say that those search engines also generate traffic, but our experience says the majority are not worth the paper/screen they're written on !

does anyone know if there is anyway we can prevent search engines from triggering a clickthru and running up our bill without any intention of ever "buying something"

is there a setting we can use within the campaigns or anything else??

You could block the IPs with IP address exclusion.
