google now includes images within sitemap xml files

Has anyone seen the posting from the google blog about google starting to include images within sitemap.xml uploads

came out early april

when you start following links, theres a set of attributes you can add to the images within the sitemap

<image:loc>
<image:caption>
<image:geo_location>
<image:title>
<image:license>
