Does popular wisdom suggest that the list of categories on the left be sorted alphabetically (as it is now) or by order of popularity?

Because you have so many nav links I would put them alphabetically but it might be very useful to some customers to also have some popular links perhaps at the top above your fragment/product details.

Can you have a "Duplicate" of a Section to put on top?

to duplicate a section, create a new section and fill it with duplicate products
