PPC Consultant – Recommendations?

I'm looking to use an outside company to run our Google PPC Campaigns.

I think it may help having someone that has dealt with Actinic users before due to the setting up of tracking, goals, etc but obviously not essential.

Any recommendations via reply or pm would be much appreciated.
