Google indexing Most Popular Products text

My webstore has changed folders and google has just indexed them. Each page has a unique page name but the text underneath is all the same. Im using the silver theme with most popular products listed below the menu and its indexed the text from the first product in this list. Is there a way for me to stop googlebots picking up this text and making it use text from the main frame in the middle?

It depends where the text comes from which is hard to tell from your post. If you could link to an example it would help find the problem.

Is Google perhaps showing the text you've entered in the 'meta description' box (or inherited from the section above) ? In generally, Google will try to show the most relevant content from the page that's in the results.

xxx.xom - its the product name text belonging to the ivory personalised ribbon, its the product thats at the top of the most popular list which is in the menu of every page. Every page has picked this product up.

I don't see any meta descriptions in your page code.
Check to make sure you have the variables in the layouts. Also check that you've completed them for each page.

Google seems to be working correctly.

The section pages you're unhappy with have no other text for Google to pick up which is why they're showing text from the best sellers list. When you get down to product page that does have text ( Favour Shop | Personalised Ribbon | Personalised Satin Ribbon | 10mm Presonalised Tying Ribbon) you get this in the serps (for a search on "Presonalised cake favours").

As Duncan says, adding a meta description for each page will help, but I'd also suggest having some relevant text on each of the section pages.
