Visitors and Customers

Hi,

I know this won't involve a short answer but here goes!
I can tell where my visitors come from, what they look at, what keywords they use, what pages they go to and much more in Google analyitics. I know very little about where my customers come from.
I have analyitics code on the receipt page but this just isn't working for me. I think I'm right in thinking I need to set a new conversion but - well I'm easily confused and this is where I get a bit lost.

Any help/pointers welcome!

You need to set up goal tracking in Google Analytics. It's explained under 'Google Analytics' in the Actinic help.

The Google interface may have changed slightly since our help for it was written, because Google are forever tweaking it, but the basic steps will be the same.

As usual with GA, you won't see any results until the next day.
