Good Afternoon All,

We have today attmepted to install Bing Analytics on our site www.hartsofstur.com so that we can track the performance of Bing PPC but it keeps generating the following error message on the receipt page;

Message: Object required

Code: 0

The code being used as recomend by Bing is:

Has anyone encountered this problem before unfortunatley Bing are unable to solve it and have passed it on to their development team.

The code has now been removed from our site in order not to scare customers with error messages.

I'd have thought actinic was screwing with the URLs, impossible to say without seeing it though.

I have re-installed the code on to the receipt page. Please use the payment method pro-forma and a customer name of Test.

I got no error on the Receipt Page. Using Firefox 5.

Thank you, i have also just tried opera and no error message it appears to only happen in internet explorer. (now theres a surprise a piece of code supplied by mircosoft not working properly with micrsoft software!)

I got no error on the receipt page in IE8.
