Export Google product search data feed

Hi,
up until now I have been using Mash from Mole end and very good it is too, however my license has expired and my mate has told me that I do not really need it, just to use "Export Google product search data feed" which I have tried saving as xml, but I have had it rejected due to errors on line 1 which I deleted but it was still rejected, is there an article on how to do this, I have used the search box with little success. Sorry
