Does it make any odds if i put all of my Content into a single fragment, or wether i use multiple fragments with content in them, will it make any difference to the optimization of a page?

Short answer mate...No!
Its the end result that matters in reference to SEO
It just makes it easier to manage for you to seperate it into fragments. Whether you have 1 fragment with all your code or 5 fragments with a bit of code each the end result will be the same. -
Separate fragments make it easier to manage and also make it easy to add sub headings for each area and images and use the link facility. A better structured page results IMO.Comment
