Only just spotted this in my Analytics account - and wow - it's hypnotic!

Ye its good fun when you have time to kill, watching people add to the cart and hoping they "Check-out".

You can get some good info from watching how people crawl your site in real time.

it's a fun little tool thats for sure, yet to see any real power behind it... maybe if they have an identifier for each user (just a generic abc123) then you can see that user progress and see what they do... like user testing but without the cost or detailed results
