Bing Webmasters & URL Normilization?

I recently set my preferred domain in Google Webmasters to (www.) and now i keep getting messages in Bing saying the following;

Bing has detected new URL normalization parameters for your site. To reduce URL duplication in Bing’s Index, please visit the Bing Webmaster Tools URL Normalization feature in the Index tab to review and activate. Reducing duplicate URLs will allow Bing to store more relevant URLS and potentially improve overall traffic for your site.

I have taken a look at the URL normilization tool, and its all new to me, does anyone have any info on how i would rectify this?

if you've not already fixed this the solution is to let bing do it for you makesure that your old urls are not in your sitemap
