Does anyone know of a tool (free ideally!) that will scan a website and tell you which pages are not indexed ?

Unfortunately, it's not free
There does seem to be a free trial though
However, they also have many other interesting and useful webmaster tools which are!

It appears to check the Google, MSN and Yahoo indexes only, but obviously that's a great start
Also, I think (from memory) that Google Webmaster Tools can show you which pages are indexed, but again only from Google's viewpoint... however, it's FREE!
By definition I don't think there is any software out there that can highlight pages that are not indexed... only those that areComment
