    Hi Mike
    - where on the public site is there a reference to correct page for vouchers (which is "garden-centre-gift-vouchers.html")
If I just delete the old page "westcountry-nurseries-gift-vouchers.html " then surely the voucher link on the home page is going to break.
So do I need to change the home page to point to "garden-centre" (etc)? And do I do this in "site options" or somewhere else?
And where in the back end do I go to delete the 'old' page?
    Thank you
    Hi Sarah,

On this one the link to the correct voucher page is on your sitemap and this is the link you should be using on your homepage. It looks as if the links on the home page are manual links so you'll need to find where they are and manually correct the links you have there.

The problem with using the old voucher page is that it will never be updated and as you change your site, add and remove pages etc it will never know about the changes which is why it's linking to many non-existent pages already.

If you'd rather not change the home page links then you can always just rename your voucher page in sellerdeck to "westcountry-nurseries-gift-vouchers.html " and you'll then have a page that keeps up to date and has the correct links on it. (But then why did you change the name on the voucher page anyway if you're not going to use it?)

To delete the old page, the way I do these things is to ftp into the web server, go to the /acatalog/ folder and then select the file and delete it.

    Mike

Also could I ask about the Order track broken links - I'm wondering if as I deleted the contact frm lnk this might be causing the problem? The contact form was deliberately disabled as it was causing a weird conflict with confirming orders via email. The hosting company thought it was being hacked and said 'Due to the site being an old sellerdeck one, you will more than likely have issues adding any CAPTCHA to the forms. I'd recommend just removing the form and keeping a page with your contact information on'.
I wouldn't have thought the contact form is the problem. When I looked at another site that uses the order tracking it went straight there. Do you have order tracking enabled on Sellerdeck and is it for everyone or just registered customers?

And then the third, and hopefully last, of your problems are in the blog (bar one or two links that might need to be manually updated).

It looks to me as many of the problem links are due to using relative page addressing on your links. For example using "<a href="acatalog/faqs-buying-plants-lupins-online.html" title="FAQs">FAQs</a>" at the bottom of your page.

The problem with this is that inside sellerdeck it is fine, but once you're in the blog it sets a new base url depending on where you are in the blog. So you end up with a load of links to non existent pages such as:

        etc, etc

What you need to do here is change the links at the bottom of your page for Payments, FAQs, Our Lupins, Lupins Care Guide, Privacy and Customer Testimonials to have the full link.

        eg "https://www.westcountrylupins.co.uk/acatalog/faqs-buying-plants-lupins-online.html"

You also need to use the full link in any links you use within your blogs to your plants, etc but on the whole I think this seems to be OK.

        Mike
