Sellerdeck access to an SEO Specialist

I have got a lady helping me with my SEO, and she wants access to my Sellerdeck. Do I just take a snapshot, then send her the activation key and download details?

Then once she's done, she can send me a new snapshot back to upload to mine?

If changes are data entry it could be done via snapshot or data import. You should not make changes while they have the snapshot. When you import a snapshot you can choose to retain new orders.

Also make sure they do not download your orders.

You could put the website into Test mode before sending the snapshot. They can upload to a different folder and it would not affect the live website or download live orders.
