Free Ground Shipping

Can't find in "HELP" how to set up "Free UPS GROUND" shipping when a dollar min is met, for a shipping category, where normal charges for Next Day and Second Day apply.

Is there a thread here someplace?

Read the doc twice. Are you sure taht you referred me to the correct document?
This doc explains how Actinic Business will export order information into a
.csv file that can be imported into WorldShip when you are ready to ship, and not how I can "set up "Free UPS GROUND" shipping when a dollar min is met, for a shipping category, where normal charges for Next Day and Second Day apply".
