Ok - so i've searched and read around and it seems like this is a wish, not a current possibility (if anyone knows any different, i'd like to hear from you 
):
I need to be able to give a % discount on the total cost of order i.e. cart + shipping combined, to account customers.
Or
I need to be able to increase the price of all products to account customers, and not charge them shipping. I can then apply the % discount to all account customers in the normal way. I would prefer it if Actinic didn't then tell the account holder: Retail Price £12, Your Price £15....that doesn't look too good!
