Hi,
How would I go about setting up shipping to work by UK postcode?

I've looked and looked and I can find anything to explain how this can be done. Anyone please help?

Actinic cannot be set up to work by postcode (at least not sensibly). Your best bet is to do it by county, which has a far better outlook.
