I want a fixed charge of £x.xx for all orders no matter how much you buy, but free delivery over £x.xx. How do I do this? It seems I can choose between 'simple' and 'by 'zone and class'. 'Simple' suits me but I can't seem to do the 'free over £x.xx' thing with it. That only appears on 'by zone and class'. Am I missing something? Am I being daft?
