"Shipping Database Does Not Have Any Options Defined"
Well there I was content that I had succesfully set up all my shipping weights and costs correctly...
The site http://www.denbigharmysurplus.co.uk as been live for almost a week and we have processed several UK (Credit Card and PayPal) orders succesfully. Yippee!
However, I have tried to process a couple of international test orders orders through the site and have experienced the attached message(siteerrormessage.jpg).
There are weight and volumetric weight values for said "YOKE" (Weight in kg = 0.4kg, Volumetric Weight = 1.4kg)and I have set up the shipping zones as per the other attachments.
I don't understand why it will not allow me to continue with the Order, any suggestions?

- Parcelforce Zones 1-12 are set up using the maximum weight Basis (Max Weight 30kg)
- Royal Mail Zones are set up using Weight in kg Basis (Max Weight 2kg)
I don't understand why it will not allow me to continue with the Order, any suggestions?
