Hi everybody
A client recently contacted us with an odd problem. We have two rates of shipping on their shop - one for Conwy County and one for the rest of the UK. The Conwy rate is free, where as the rest of the UK is £10.
Somebody recently ordered from the shop and - whilst he has been listed as from Gloucestershire - they recieve free shipping.
Going through with the client we have been unable to replicate this issue (ordering the same product, typing in the same address, listed as from Gloucestershire - comes through with £10 shipping). Also, there is nothing is listed on the invoice/shipping address that looks untoward (their address is not "Gloucestershire, Conwy, Wales" for example). Therefore we're saying that it's a one off.
However, they are a bit concerned that this sort of thing could happen again. Has anybody had similar problems to this before? How did you get around this?
Thanks
