Product exempt from minimum order value

We offer free delivery on all of our products but do also operate a minimum order value on the site.

We wish to add one product which is below the minimum order value but still want to allow customers to order this one product.

Is it possible to have a product exempt from the minimum order charge without having to change all the products and shipping?

We have 1600 products and I don't want to have to make changes to 1599 to accommodate 1 product.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am afraid this is one for the Wish-List. The Minimum Order Value is sitewide and you cannot exclude a single product. I will however run it past development to see if they can comment on the possibility.
