Percentage Based Shipping Charges

I want to charge overseas customers shipping charges based upon the total order value.

I am sure there is a workaround for this, as Actinic does not have the facility to do this. Possibly, by multipying the goods total ?

It is probably staring me straight in the face, but I cannot see it at the moment.

For 10% or order value, you would use:

£0.10 - £0.01

and have excess charges of 1p per £0.10, system should do it for you then.
