Linking Shipping tables to an Excel File

The end of the financial year fast approaches and I've just received the new Parcelforce Prices for 2008-2009. What a suprise they're increasing!!!

I was wondering if it was possible to get Actinic to pull a Shipping Cost for a certain Weight from an Excel Spread Sheet.

I only ask because, as an account holder, we're entitled to shipping discoutnts that vary from Zone to Zone. I have a spread sheet which applies our discount to the standard Parcelforce Price. Into which I've put the new prices.

I now have to put the modified prices into Actinic and was hoping that someone, far brighter than myself, may have figured out a way that would link the two?

    Eagerly awaiting a lazy solution,

    Rich

    Hi,

You can't link the shipping costs but if you export your current shipping tables (File | Export' - just select 'Shipping Tables' and save the file with a .csv extention), you can then amend the prices and re-import it (File | Import).

      Cheers for that Tracey.

I'll give it ago, once I've solved a more pressing problem
