Shipping by customer group

Is it possible with V9 to have a shipping charge for one customer group and a different shipping charge for another group (see example below)

GROUP A (retail) - £3.95
GROUP B (Wholesale - with discounted prices) - £10.00

Just thinking about upgrading to V9 from V7 and it all hinges on whether we can intergrate a wholesale and retail site together. apart from this V9 looks great.

Shipping by customer group

Please add my vote for this too. It would make the difference between me being able to open my site to trade customers and not. It would also mean I could upgrade from Catalog to Business.
