    Free shipping on certain items

    I am current using the following shopping method.

    Configuration: By Zone & Class
    Zone/Class: By Zone
    up to £99.99 £2.50
    £100+ £6.00

    But I want some products to be completely free of P&P.

    I have tried putting a tick in the 'Exclude from shipping band calculation' but this seems to have no effect'.

    Is this possible?

    Click the tooltip (the ?) and then click on the "Exclude from shipping band calculation" field and it will tell you the situations under which it works.

        If you don't take the time to explain how you currently have things setup, you can't get anything better than guesses to try help. If you ship by weight, add 0kg - £0.00 to the shipping matrix and add 0 to the weight on the product. If you are not shipping by weight, then change to do so, much easier to administer.
