Hope someone can help me with this. I found a previous thread regarding capping the shipping fees when customers buy multiple items but it didn't help with my particular setup. http://community.actinic.com/archive...p/t-39099.html
We have almost 3000 different product items with a shipping category appended to each item in our database (such as RMFC1000 for items to be sent via Royal Mail and is under 1Kg). Therefore, when we came to use actinic I used the shipping categories option rather than weight as each category has a shipping price related to it.
In Actinic, each category therefore has a fixed charge and a 'per item charge' associated with it. The problem we're having is that if customers buy multiple items, the shipping fees just mount up to ridiculous sums.
My questions is; is there a way of capping shipping fees to a fixed figure using shipping by categories?
