Discount code to give free P&P

I'm pretty certain this is not achievable....

A client wants to run a promotion which gives free P&P when a certain discount code is entered at checkout.

Shipping is defined using Categories with 6 categories.

I can't see anything on either the Shipping tables or the Discount and Surcharges Settings that will allow me to do this.

Any thoughts?

If shipping is not a % or a fixed cost, then not possible.
