Problem Product

I have one product that is causing the "Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables." message when trying to order, all other products are fine, I cant understand! Any suggestions?

I have tried deleting the product and then redoing it as a new product, and it still shows the same shipping message.
The product is TM925 on www.toolman.co.uk

I see you are uplaod ing at present but it appeasrs to happen on a lot of products - at least those over around £50. It also doesn't happen when selecting the US.

it sounds as if you have defined shipping by value and only defined the shipping charge up to £50. If you've ticked the box marked 'don't allow shipping that exceeds' (or whatever it's called) then that would explain the symptoms.

Hmmm.. I cant see anywhere where "defined the shipping charge up to £50" would be in business settings | Shipping & Handling??
